FROM A GROUP OF 42 MUSICIANS COMES THE VERSATILE PORTUGUESE POP ORCHESTRA (OPP).

 

The Portuguese Pop Orchestra is formed by 42 musicians who perform private and public shows. In May 2023 they performed the concert “Grandes Hits do Pop”, which brought together 42 musicians on stage, with Ulf Wadenbrandt as conductor, and the main voices of Catarina Clau and Ricardo Soler. Together, they performed iconic songs by artists such as Queen, Beatles, Lady Gaga or Xutos & Pontapés, among others. Among several works, OPP also accompanied under the direction of Maestro Jan Wierzba, the opening concert of the Lisbon Festivities 2023 with Ana Bacalhau, António Zambujo, Áurea, Conan Osiris and Marta Ren. Massive Reach worked on social media communication during the promotion of these concerts, creating original content and revealing a little of the protagonists of this eclectic group of musicians and artists.
